Service and requirements
Full provides time-limited access to the platform functions included in that package for supported ECUs. Mini covers IMMO Edit / Clone and IMMO OFF. DTC Tool is separately available to eligible members. Model support, functions, file compatibility and any additional permission requirements are indicated in the application. Membership does not guarantee support for every ECU or file.
Packages do not mean unlimited file processing. The daily function and DTC allowances shown in your account and the security conditions apply. Check your limits and required ECU support before payment; contact support for written clarification if necessary. Accounts are personal and login details must not be shared.
Price and payment
The selected package, period and total price inclusive of applicable taxes appear in the checkout summary. Current PayTR purchases are charged in Turkish Lira (TRY/TL). The provider adds no shipping or processing fee. Supply correct personal/business and billing address details.
If your card uses another currency, your card issuer or card network determines conversion and any additional charges. A TL price is not a commitment to a fixed EUR or USD charge. Card details are entered in PayTR’s payment form. This flow is for a single, one-off payment.
Selecting a package does not charge your card. Confirming the payment creates an obligation to pay the selected total. Check the package, period, amount and contact details before completing payment.
Delivery and withdrawal
There is no physical shipping. Access is assigned to your account after verified payment. Timing and exceptional support reviews are described in Digital Delivery & Shipping.
Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from conclusion of a service contract, subject to lawful exceptions. Digital-service exceptions apply only when their legal conditions are met. Creating an account or reading this page is not a blanket waiver of refund rights. Rights relating to defective or undelivered services are preserved. See Cancellation, Returns & Refunds.
Requests may be sent to admin@ecumaptool.com or the provider’s postal address. Consumers may refer disputes to competent consumer arbitration committees or courts under applicable procedures and monetary limits, including mandatory mediation where required.
