1. Parties and subject

The provider is Sultan Oto Elektronik, identified on this page. The buyer is the person ordering a membership at ecumaptool.com. The buyer’s name/business name, registered email, telephone and billing address are the details supplied during purchase.

This agreement concerns access to the selected ECU Map Tool digital membership for its stated scope and period against payment. The specific package, duration, price, currency and order number are identified in the checkout summary and associated order record. These general terms alone are not an invoice or proof of payment.


2. Scope and technical conditions

Full and Mini scopes are described in Pre-contract Information and at package selection. Usage is subject to the account’s daily allowances, supported ECUs/functions, file compatibility and any additional permissions. Adding ECU support does not mean that every current or future file is supported.

Internet access, a current browser, approved account and compatible files are required. Vehicle reading/writing, hardware and physical repairs are not included. Buyers must be authorised to process files, retain backups and ensure lawful use in their jurisdiction. These obligations do not exclude the provider’s statutory liability.


3. Price and payment

The tax-inclusive total is displayed with the chosen package and duration before payment. There is no shipping charge. Current card purchases are processed by PayTR in TL. Issuer currency-conversion and cross-border fees are separate from the provider’s charge.

Correct any errors before authorising payment. Confirming the payment step creates a payment obligation; access is delivered following verified successful payment. The price and duration of a paid order cannot subsequently be changed unilaterally to the buyer’s detriment.


4. Delivery and duration

Delivery is electronic, through access assigned to the buyer’s account. There is no physical shipment. Verified payment normally triggers automatic activation; inconsistencies or suspected duplicates may require support review.

Weekly access lasts 7 days; monthly options use calendar months. An active membership of the same tier is extended from its expiry. An expired package starts from verified payment confirmation. Contact support for active tier changes. There are no automatic renewals or recurring card charges.

If the service cannot be delivered, the buyer is informed and applicable termination, refund and defective-service rights are honoured. Statutory notification and refund deadlines apply where performance becomes impossible.


5. Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds

For consumer service purchases, a 14-day withdrawal period generally applies from contract conclusion, without a reason or penalty, subject to lawful exceptions. Send a clear notice to admin@ecumaptool.com or our postal address. No exclusive form is required.

Exceptions for services performed instantly online, intangible goods delivered instantly or services started with the consumer’s consent during the withdrawal period apply only where the relevant legal and information/consent requirements are met. Activating a time-limited membership alone is not treated as proof that the entire service has been fully performed or that all refund rights have automatically been lost.

Rights for defective, incomplete or undelivered services, duplicate/incorrect charges and other mandatory rights remain intact. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds supplements these terms.


6. Security and use

Buyers must protect account credentials and report suspected unauthorised access. Harmful or unlawful use may be investigated or restricted proportionately. This does not automatically forfeit payments or remove statutory rights.

Card information is handled in PayTR’s form. Support will not request a CVV, banking password or one-time verification code. Buyers are responsible for accurate contact and billing details; statutory data-processing obligations continue to apply.


7. Requests and disputes

Send requests to admin@ecumaptool.com, our postal address or signed-in Support / Messages. Including an order number helps us investigate.

For consumer transactions, Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Distance Contracts Regulation and other applicable mandatory rules govern where relevant. Access to competent consumer arbitration committees and courts, and required mediation, is preserved. Commercial/professional purchases are governed by the relevant general law.

Mandatory protections applicable to consumers abroad are not excluded by these terms. Translation differences cannot be used to reduce statutory consumer rights. An invalid provision does not automatically invalidate the remaining provisions.


8. Keeping a copy

Before payment, you can read, download or print these terms and save them as a PDF. Also retain the transaction summary and order number. Later changes do not retrospectively reduce rights acquired under earlier orders.
