Before payment

You can leave checkout before completing payment. Leaving an old checkout session or selecting a new attempt does not cancel a banking transaction or authorisation. If you were charged or are unsure after 3D Secure, contact support before paying again.


14-day withdrawal

Consumers generally have 14 days from conclusion of a service contract to withdraw without giving a reason or paying a penalty. Send notice to admin@ecumaptool.com or our postal address. A clear notice sent within the applicable period is sufficient; use of the example below is optional.

Digital-service exceptions apply only if the legal conditions and required prior information/consent are actually satisfied. Opening an account, reading these terms or merely activating membership does not automatically remove every right. Missing legally required information or explicit consent cannot be used as a basis for refusing withdrawal.


Defective service and duplicate charges

If payment was taken but membership was not delivered, the promised service is defective/incomplete, or a payment is incorrect/duplicated, contact us with the order number and a description. Applicable rights to repeat performance, price reduction, termination and other statutory remedies remain available.

There is no blanket rule refusing every refund once any digital service is used. Requests are assessed according to the service, performance/use, valid consents and applicable law.


How refunds are processed

For valid withdrawal from a service contract, payments are refunded within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal notice using a method appropriate to the original payment instrument and without an additional charge to the consumer. Other justified refunds follow applicable statutory deadlines and duties.

Card payments are refunded through the payment provider/bank to the original payment instrument, not to a different person or card. Statement posting time can depend on the bank; this does not remove the provider’s legal refund obligations.

A TL transaction is refunded in TL. Foreign-card exchange-rate movements and issuer fees depend on banking terms; statutory responsibilities remain unaffected. There is no physical item to return and no return shipping.


Expiry and termination

There is no automatic renewal charge. Paid access expires unless a new purchase is made. You may separately request termination or a refund before expiry, to be assessed under your legal rights and the nature of the service. Mandatory subscription/termination rules, where applicable, remain effective.
