What is delivered

The purchase provides digital access to ECU Map Tool for the selected package and period. No hardware, physical product or printed licence is shipped. Shipping and digital delivery are free.

An internet connection, current web browser, approved account and a compatible file for the chosen function are required. ECU reading/writing hardware and physical work on a vehicle are not included. Check supported ECUs and functions before purchasing.


Activation

Once our server receives verified successful payment confirmation from PayTR, access is normally activated or extended automatically in the same account. A browser success page, card authorisation or banking notification alone is not confirmation of account activation.

Account/order inconsistencies, suspected duplicate payments or delayed notifications may require support review. If you were charged but access is missing, contact support with your order number before paying again. Cancellation, refund and statutory rights remain available where the service cannot be provided.


Duration and renewal

A weekly package lasts 7 days. One, three, six and twelve-month options use calendar months, clamped to the last valid day where necessary. An active purchase of the same package extends its existing expiry date. An expired membership starts from verified payment confirmation.

Payments are one-off. There is no automatic renewal charge. Contact support to switch between active Full and Mini packages. Paid access ends at expiry; DTC Tool access may continue subject to account eligibility and usage limits.
